A passion for Art!
In Auckland, there has been an art exhibition/installation which looks at some of the works of Vincent van Gogh. So, as part of our own class visual arts study, we looked at Starry Night - one of Van Gogh's famous paintings.
As a result of our van Gogh learning in class, we had an awesome parent reach out to Ms Key, offering to share his passion for van Gogh.
Rooms 11, 12 and 13 were fortunate enough to have Mr A come in and share his passion for van Gogh with us. He brought along some of van Gogh's art that he had, and he even prepared some google slides to show us. He presented his knowledge and understanding about van Gogh with such passion, and it was really evident that he had spent a lot of time studying this particular artist.
